Spicy Oven Fries

A healthy way to satisfy that french fry yen. Any kind of potato will do.

Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil1 teaspoon chili powder
|

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes |

| Instructions: |
| Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; place flat side down and cut into 4 wedges for each half.
Place on cookie sheet and drizzle with oil and shake on the seasoning. Toss to coat.
Place potatoes with flesh side down. Bake for 15 minutes.
Turn potatoes onto other side and bake another 10-15 minutes until cooked through and crispy-brown. |
